Book Review 2-14 "Lucky Number"

Cafe Colombo is a cafe. The cafe is always busy. People buy the coffee and ice cream there. People wearing good clothes and they talked a lot. Charlie does not sit in there. He is a child, but he is working as a shoeshine boy. He doesn't go school. He has a family, but he hasn't father. He lives with his mother and his brothers and sisters. One day a old man walking along the road. He sold the lottery tickets. One man bought it! " Give me a ticket!" Charlie was watching it. The man walking to taxi, and he ride on it. But he didn't notice that he dropped his ticket. Charlie said to him, "Your ticket!" But he didn't notice. Charlie brought at home it. He shows his mother. His mother said "tomorrow will be announcement day of this ticket. He has a dream the night. A goat the ticket. The goat also eat ticket numbers.

The next day, his mother went to there. Charlie went to there too. "Seven, Five, Three...."

What do you think that will be the lucky day for charlie's family?

This story begins two girls arrived at New Zealand. They arrived at airport but they were late. Then, one boy waving to them."I can wait. You can use our taxi." "Thank you."

Their trip is so excited. Sarah founds a mobile phone. It is a boy's. Sarah and Jessica were worried. But they couldn't see him. The next day, they were at beach. They found a boy then. But he ride on bus, and the bus didn't stop. The some e-mail coming to this mobile phone. They tried to many time to return to him. When Sarah is bungy jumps, Jessica found him. She chased him but she forgot to bring Sarah's baggage. Sarah lost her baggage and money. "I'm sorry." Sarah said that. But they didn't know how to contact him, They deposit it to police station finally. They don't have much money....But they found him! They told to him about his mobile phone. He appreciated to them and he got good surprise them. It is whale watching tickets!

Book Review 2-12 The Little Mermaid

There were a family bottom the sea. The sea king living with his old mother and daughters. The youngest daughter, the little mermaid who have deep blue eyes, and her skin is like a rose. She had also beautiful voice. She living happily. She likes that hearing her grandmother's stories. It is really interesting to for her to hearing world of it. It included about humans on the land. She wants to go to above the sea, but they can't go there till 15 years old.

When her birthday came, she goes to above the sea. Then, she found a handsome guy. He is a prince! But people's ship was destroyed, and the prince went out from the ship. The little mermaid helps soon! She fallen loved him. But she hasn't legs, so she put on the sand him. Then one girl came and she rescued him. The little mermaid was so sad. She loves him.

She ask to the sea witch. The witch told her to drink the medicine, but her beautiful voice will give me. She approved it. She drunk it, her tail became the legs.

She sat on the sand near the prince's palace. He found her and he helped. She wants to say that she was rescued you! But she can't speak.

The prince is also loves her. One day his father said him to marry the other country's princess. He doesn't want to marry except the little mermaid, but he met the princess. He misunderstood that the princess was rescued him.

The little mermaid was so shocked. They will marry. Then, her sisters came to here, and they said her. "The sea witch gave us the knife. You have to kill him use this knife. Then you can alive!" She went to his bedroom, she tried to kill him but she can't. She loves him even now.

She dived the sea. She decide to die herself. She have to die when the prince loves other girl. It was a promise with the sea witch. She rose up into the air. She had a new voice. She became the children of the air. She doesn't sad. She is in air with other air children.

She floated down, and she kissed the prince and his bride. Then she flew off into the sky.

THE END

I don't like prince. He is liberty. But he didn't know that the little mermaid rescued him. The end of the story, the little mermaid decided that she diving the sea. It means, she die. And I moved her action. She floated down she kissed them. I can't express my feeling. I forgot this story's content, but I read since I was elementally school.

Book Review 2-11 "The Revealing Story of Underwear"

This book is write about underwear. The scorching hot Ancient Egypt, people didn't need to wearing many clothes, so they wearing like a right wear.

Knockers were worn by men in middle ages. It is long size at first, but they did farm work. So, the short size is may useful for them. And they didn't have soap. Surprisingly, they even tried using animal dung!!! I can't believe! After washed, they splurged on plenty perfume. Rich men wearing several pairs of drawers. But women didn't wearing it. They wore the simple tunic, under their dress. In the 17th century, women also wore drawers, but it is nit same of men. It is the seams between the legs were left wide open. They going to toilet is easy!

In the 1880s, slim figure was popular. Now, "closed"drawers were catching on.

Today, people like much shorter and tighter pants. Everyone wants to comfortable and glamour one.

In the 16 century, people wore corsets. They like small waists and curry hips. The corsets can make the those body line. In the 20th century, corsets shrank to just circle waist, because the new fashion appeared.

Next, let me tell about the petticoats and hoops. The Spanish liked a bell-sha frame. The French preferred a drum look...while the English went for a cone design. when corset went out of fashion, breasts need a different of support, so they wore camisoles. Brassiere is French word. The cold season, winter. Snowing covered the Story Street. Children like snow, they went out home! Mr King said , "Don't forget your gloves, Ben!" And other parents said like that. Everyone went to the park. They played use the snow. Ben, Ravi and Billy came to here too. Ravi and Ben help Billy onto the sledge, he wants to slide the hill. Woosh!
Mouse and Jojo are also have fun! They make snow ball, big snow ball. They tried to made the snowman, but Billy had a good idea. Ben and Ravi helped him. What they make? What do you think? "It's a Stinker!" Yes, Stinker is a dog. Stinker barked, "Woof!"

I write about characters first. A little girl who is living with her mother. A little girl and her mother are poor, so they are hungry always. The magic pot is a great pot, because it can make a lot of food for them. But it can't move without a little girl words.

Once upon a time, a little girl and her mother living together. But they have no money, so they are hungry. The girl crying, the old woman came and she said "Don't cry!" Why she said so? The old woman gives her, the magic cooking pot! "Cook, little pot cook!" "Stop, little pot, stop!" The old woman says, and the magic pot cooking or stop cooking. What a great pot it is!! The little girl thought that. She wants to eat her mother too. She was happy to gave it. She go back home soon, and she show it her mother. They ate food a lot, they were satisfied. Every the girl said "Cook, little pot cook!" The magic pot cooked soon. But she said the word to stop cooking.
One day she goes out to play. Her mother said the magic pot, "I'm hungry!" But it isn't work. "What do I say?...Oh, yes! Cook little pot, cook!" Then the pot start working. The mother didn't say to stop Word. Of course the pot was continued cooking. She didn't know what word to can stop it. The pot is making food........She don't know what she does. The little girl came, and she said "Stop, little pot stop." The pot stop cooking. The girl thought that we have to use right words.

BOOK REVIEW 2-8 Cinderella

Once upon a time there are the girl, the name is Cinderella. She lives with her stepmother, step sisters and her father. She is always working for them. She cook their dishes, cleaning. She have not own time. One day, stepmother said, "The prince is giving a Christmas Ball and you're invited." Stepsisters are so exciting. Cinderella is also exciting, but she asked that she can go to there. Of course her stepmother said "No." She was disappointed. Stepsisters ordered to Cinderella to help their preparation to go to party. She thought I want to go there too. She was cried then there was Felicity came there. Felicity is Cinderella's supporter. She helped her magic! She changed many animals for Cinderella.Finally Cinderella is also changed her dirty cloth. When she entered ball room. everyone surprised because she is very beautiful!!! The prince asked her, "May I have this dance?" They were enjoyed, but she had to go back home soon. The time is coming at 12:00....The prince was said "I don't even know your name." Cinderella was hurried, so she forgot her glass slipper. After she went back home, stepmother and sisters came back. They were angry that the prince was get along a woman who is they don't know, but the woman is beautiful.

Next morning, the letter coming from court. It is the prince will marry with the woman who can put on the glass slipper. Of course stepsisters tried it, but they can't put on this. Messenger said to Cinderella. "What about this girl?" She can put oh it. Surprisingly, the prince appeared. The messenger is the prince. "Will you marry me?"

Felicity was also appeared. She changed her cloth. They married and live together forever. But stepsisters not happy, their mother said them, "It's all your fault!" (11529 words)

Goldilocks is a little girl. She has golden hair, and her looks is cute. But she isn't good, she likes to do something naughty. Her mother said her, "If you don't stop being naughty, your hair will turn blue." But Goldilocks didn't believe. "I don't believe you!" Then, she thought what will I do next?

She came up with one thing what her mother said. Her mother said don't enter the woods. There are many dangerous bears there. she decided to got to the woods.
She found the house. She felt good smell. She entered the house and she found some dish. There are three bowl. She tried big one first. It is too cold, so she tried middle one. It is too hot. Finally, she tried last one. It was good!! She was hungry. She used the chairs, beds as same as dish. She likes the small one. She slept on the small bed. Then three bears came backed their house. They noticed someone sleeping. The three bears is a family. The most big bear is a father. The middle size bear is a mother. And the most small bear is a boy. They found Goldilocks. The boy bear was starting cry. someone using my bed! Who are you? She woke up suddenly. And she was so surprised. She was scared!

She went back home soon. And she said "I'll never ever be naughty again!" to her mother.

Lisa and Alice are friend. They planed that go to trip, island in Greece. Lisa likes Matti Lepardi. He sis a movie star. Alice said Matt loves Claudia Carman. She is also movie star. Lisa and Alice 's hotel is so good. They satisfied about that. The beautiful hotel, scenery, island. The girls went to a museum. They heard that the big couple came here too. Especially, Lisa is so excited.
One morning, Alice going to go to shopping for buy some postcard and souvenirs. Lisa spending at balcony. She found Claudia and Matt there. They angry each other. Lisa thought it's terrible! Because Claudia shooting Matt. He didn't move! Lisa going to go to help someone. Then, Matt and Claudia came to Lisa. Wait! We don't quarrel. Just a practice of movie.
Lisa is surprise. They didn't fight.

She wrote the letter to her grand mother. "I'm happy." But she wants to go home, Blue Moon Vally. One day, the Emperor comes at circus. Horseman's assistant quited her job before the Emperor comes, so Li Sun did horseman's assistant. After that, Horseman and Li Sun fallen in love. He wants to marry with her, but he wants to go back her hometown. He said her uncle, he wants to marry with her at Blue Moon Vally. She was very happy. And her uncle is also celebrate her marry.

There were many soldiers front. There was a big guy. He said send one man. I'll kill him. But no one go out there. "Not me. Not me." David's country king was getting trouble. Then, David said, "Send me. I'll fight the giant!" Everyone surprised and thought, impossible. Was David afraid? No! He went to the giant. He picked the stone, and he throw to the giant! The stone hit the giant's, between eyes. He fell down and dead! David won!! He is a hero!!! After that, he became a king. He looked after his country's people.And god was also looked after him....

She thought "This is not my lucky day!" Then, the young man told her, "Hello!" But she doesn't know him. He seem to wrong to other woman. But they talked a little, they go to coffee. Carla thought he is good man! He is also student like Carla. When she go back home, she met a woman who leaving the cake shop. The woman is worried, her face turned red. Carla said to her, " Don't worry..." Because she lost her umbrella, but she could meet him. She thought "This is my lucky day!"

Pluto---it is his cat's name. The cat followed him always. For years, they lived happily. But after few years, a man was changed. He did not lovely person, and not kind. He used bad words, most of all with his wife! He hit him wife sometime. He hit all of pets. But never Pluto, his favorite cat. One night, he came back home like usual. He saw Pluto, the cat was staying away from him. He caught the cat and holding it strongly. He was not himself. He took the knife from his pocket, and cut the cat's eye. He felt full of pain the next morning. He tried to forgot about last night by drink. His cat didn't love him any more. He was sad. He felt angry. He couldn't stop. He caught the cat and hung the cat's neck until he was dead. That night, his house is burned. He went out from his house. The people talking about something. He looked too. There was the shape of large cat, hanging by its neck. It is horror to him.
After that, they, he and his wife lived other house. One night he drinking -house. He saw a cat. The cat followed him till his house. They decided to had the cat. His wife and he liked the cat. But he hated the cat soon. He didn't know why. He tried to kill the cat too. The cat like Pluto. His wife tried to stop him. This was made him angrily. He took the axe, and he brought it down on her head. He decided to hide his dead wife in one of the wall. He killed the cat too.
After fourth day, some police came his house. He don't care any more. He though his crime cannot find to them. Suddenly, they can hear something one wall that in his wife and the cat. Police breaking the wall, and there was standing his wife. There was the cat too. His wife dead because of the cat, and his voice sent to him to the gallows. The cat's voice lead to police the wall.

It was bedtime. There was a storm outside. Next morning, they went to school with mom. Wind and rain was hard.

Steve Malone works for the police. He is a clever man. He goes to Uluru. He stay the hotel, and he went out a minute. One woman go into his room. Steve is so angry and ask some questions. The woman7s name is Sally. She work for news paper. She wants to help him. They start find killer together. They think a singer Micky Munro is knows something...But, his manager is notice them. "Why are you watching us!!"The Manager talked them "Micky isn't a killer, but he knows who is a killer."

They go to Uluru again. And a real killer is killing Micky!! Steve help him and hits the killer. Micky is safe. He thanks him. He gave Steve and Sally the ticket of his concert. They are fall in love finally.

Nadim found a bat one day. The bat was broken. Nadim tried to mended the bat. His dad helped him then. Chip had a robot. The robot was also broken. He liked Nadim's bat. He swapped the robot for the bat. Nadim mended it again. He changed the color. It was silver. His dad helped again. It became looks nice!
Biff had a skateboard. It had no wheels. Biff swapped again for the robot. Nadim mended it. His father helped it of course. He put on new wheels.
Wilma had a bike. This was broken. She swapped it for skateboard. Nadim mended it with his dad. He liked it! He said " Not bad." His bat changed bike finally.

This story is Nadim's usual day. His father is kind him always. He like mend. I think he should be a carpenter. I am not good at mend. When I was a young, I helped mend of my house. My father painted the house. And carpenter painted the wall. I liked it work, but I was so tired. If I could mend like Nadim, I must be changed something mine.

Book review 1-8 The Christmas Disco

This story is a day of Christmas. Students were excited. The caretaker brought a tall Christmas tree there. The children went to at a disco with a DJ. One student said "I'm going to be the best dancer." And one girl began to sing and dance on the street! " Doo-bee-doo-bee-doo!" I was surprised that students go to at the disco Christmas!!
They went to at disco with their family at night. Street was full of people. I like this sentence. " The night sky was clear and dark and hung with stars." Then, Sam said "It's twinkling like our Christmas tree."
Inside the school, music was throbbing. There are many food, people, music there. Everyone enjoyed dancing!!

Suddenly, Everything went black. And music was also stopped. There are silent and still. The headteacher, Mrs Turner told them, "I'm very sorry everyone, I am afraid we have a power cut." ..........." Now what will we do?"
Everyone thinking about this accident. Ben's father came up with a good idea. They searched their houses for many torches and camping light. And they brought their dancing music CD. Children were nod sad anymore. They made their serves party at night. It was better than before party.

This story is not much this season, but I like Christmas season. Maybe almost people feel fun or happy on this time. I want to watch the Christmas tree at N.Y. I watched it on TV before. It was so big and beautiful tree. It is choose and cut every year. Someone choose it whole a year for Christmas. It will come 6 months after. Times is money. It will be fast that the day come.

This novel's original is movie. The actress is Audrey Hepburn. As you know she is famous actress. I watched her movie before. This is start to Audrey's scene. Her name is Eliza. She sell the flowers on the street. She isn't rich and her father is too. She was wearing a dirty cloth. She had not washed her hair for several days.

The heavy rainy day, she was sold flowers. The man knocked over Eliza. She dropped some flowers then. She was angrily. She said something , but it is London accent. Suddenly, the man came out fom crowd. His name is Higgins. He studying phonetics, so he decided change her accent and herself. Eliza started living with him. She had to study harder day by day. But Higgins was bet with his friend that Eliza whether change or not.

One day, they go to at the racecourse. People come there with elegant clothes and speech. Eliza is also wearing it. They arrived there people looked her, and she was beautiful. She was changed. She is a lady now. But Higgins's lesson was strict for her. she thought to go out Higgins's house.

Higgins was surprised. He didn't understand her feeling. He expect that she will be come back again, but she didn't. He noticed at last. He was not only accent teacher, he need Eliza. He listened tape recorder of her voice. It was the tape of accent lesson. He felt sad.....

Suddenly, Eliza was coming the room. She is also noticed she need Higgins.

I finished read this book, I want to watch this movie. This was wrote about accent, so I want to listening it. (333/4920)
